1. Service area

Apparel You currently delivers only within Trinidad and Tobago. Orders outside Trinidad and Tobago cannot be accepted through the website unless we expressly agree in writing to a separate arrangement.

2. When fulfilment begins

For custom orders, production begins only after Apparel You confirms the order, you approve the required artwork or proof, and payment is confirmed. Client-store orders may enter production after payment is confirmed. An estimate given before these steps is not a guaranteed completion or delivery date.

3. Delivery estimates and updates

Estimated production and delivery timing may depend on quantity, product availability, artwork readiness, printing requirements, destination, courier operations, public holidays, weather, and other conditions. We provide order-status updates such as confirmed, printing, ready, dispatched, and delivered. A tracking reference will be shown when one is available.

4. Delivery information and charges

You are responsible for providing a complete Trinidad and Tobago delivery address, recipient name, reachable phone number, and any access instructions. Delivery charges are disclosed during checkout or in the confirmed quote. Please contact us promptly if an address needs correction; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

5. Missed or failed delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect, access is unavailable, or the recipient cannot be reached, the order may be returned or held. Redelivery may require an additional charge. Contact apparelyoutt@gmail.com with your order reference if a dispatched order appears delayed or its status is unclear.

6. Collection

Choose collection only when that option is offered. Wait until the order status is Ready for collection and follow the collection instructions sent with the order. Bring the order reference and any requested identification or authorization. A collection order is treated as received when released to the customer or authorized collector.

7. Delays outside our control

Apparel You will take reasonable steps to communicate material delays, but is not responsible for delay caused by events outside its reasonable control. Where a delay substantially affects an order, contact us so available options can be reviewed.
