1. Our commitment
Apparel You aims to make its website and ordering experience usable by as many people as possible, including people who use a keyboard, screen reader, magnification, voice control, reduced-motion settings, or other assistive technology. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our current design and testing target.
2. Measures we take
Our website includes semantic page structure, descriptive page titles, text alternatives for meaningful images, labelled controls, visible keyboard focus, a skip link, reduced-motion support, clear status messages, and responsive layouts. We also aim to keep account, checkout, design, and client-store controls operable without a mouse.
3. Ongoing testing
Accessibility is an ongoing process. Automated checks cannot identify every barrier, so we review key journeys manually and make improvements when the website, products, or service providers change. Third-party services, customer-supplied artwork, and client-store content may have limitations outside our direct control, but we will take reasonable steps to provide an accessible alternative where possible.
4. Get help or report a barrier
If you cannot access information, complete an order, or use a feature, email apparelyoutt@gmail.com. Please identify the page or task, describe what happened, and mention any assistive technology or browser involved if you are comfortable doing so. We will review the issue and offer reasonable assistance or another way to complete the task.
